The National Fish Quality Control Laboratory (NFQCLAB) located in Mwanza City, at Nyegezi Fisheries Area is one of the Tanzania’s leading providers of fish (food), water, and environmental samples testing services. It operates under the Fisheries Development Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries as mandated by the Fisheries Act No. 22 of 2003 and the Fisheries Regulations of 2009. NFQCLAB has over 20 years experience of offering a range of high quality analytical testing services in the country through its Microbiological and Chemical accredited laboratories.
